Walgreen's have their Brand name aluminum foil on sale this week for 2 for 1.00
I purchased 10

1st transaction because the limit was 4
4 Alum foils at 1.03 each(used friends employee discount)
when the coupon(coupon in Walgreen's flyer)was scanned it took off $2.52
used my Walgreens' W Card $0.48
total was 1.25 fo 4 aluminum foils
got back .16 for using the W card and buying the W brand products

2nd transaction
4 Alum foils at 1.03 each(used friends employee discount)
when the coupon(coupon in Walgreen's flyer)was scanned it took off $2.52
used my Walgreens' W Card $0.16
total 1.57
got back $0.16

3rd and Final transaction
2 Alum foils at 1.03(used friends employee discount)
when the coupon(coupon in Walgreen's flyer)was scanned it took off $1.26
used my Walgreen's' W Card $0.16
total $.71
got back $0.08

Grand Total of 3.53 for 10 aluminum foils

Where to find coupons

There are different types of coupons. Many of us are familiar with the manufacturer coupons. You find these coupons that are put out in circulation from the company's in your sunday paper,in the grocery store,in magazines,and the ones you can print online.

Some stores put their own type of coupon out. Stores such as Target,CVS, Walgreens,Rite aid,Foodline, etc. You can find store coupons online and regular mail(snail mail). You can sign up at the stores online website,ie www.cvs.com. Coupons can also be found in the stores sales flier,and on and inside of packages.(these are usually high value coupons)

Remember that its illegal to copy coupons,even if you print them online. There are definitely coupon police,and coupon laws consumers must follow. The coupons that you print online the site have you to register your information and print your zip code and your unique numbers an the coupon.the coupons also have a watermark and if the coupons are copied the watermark disappears,and you may be told that your coupon is fraudulent. When printing online the site usually allows you to hit the back button and you can print two coupons each. Know also that you can only use one coupon per item you have. So say your buying miracle whip and have a $1.00 off coupon you can't use two miracle whip coupons on one item.

What method will you use to organize your coupons?

Finding a method that works for you is key.


There are plenty different ways to store your coupons.
Here I will give you an example of a few.


1. Binder Method (A trapper keeper,with baseball card holders and picture holder pages.)
2. Coupon Box
3. Accordion File
4. Coupon envelope
5. Photo Box
6. Envelopes by category or by store name. (i.e. Randalls, or Dairy

Coupons

Theres definately an art to couponing!! You need first find a source of papers.
I recommend that you purchase papers per member of family.
example:
1 members = 2 Sunday Papers
2 members = 4 Sunday Papers
3 Members = 6 Sunday Papers
etc

Also ask everyone you know for the coupons they aren't using. Ask at work,school and church.
